The UI/UX Developer will work closely with other members of the Design team to produce cutting-edge websites for our clients. Responsibilities will include front and back-end development tasks for websites, including but not limited to theme and plugin development. Some project management and client interaction will be required. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for participating in the development and support of our websites, web applications and other digital products. Our developers work closely with the rest of our team to help meet project specifications and deadlines.

General Responsibilities
Gathers feedback from design and technical staff on Web site development needs
Work Closely with Marketers/Graphic Designers
Builds user interface applications and back-end databases using various programming and scripting languages including MySQL
Authors complex Web pages
Assists in project planning and Web site design
Creates prototypes and functional specifications for software projects
Meets with engineering personnel on specifics of projects, new technologies, and deadlines
Creates technical methodologies for engineering solutions to Web-based development problems
Makes suggestions on creating Web-based technical standards for specific Web sites and the company as a whole
Job Qualifications
2-4 years vocational or technical training
1-3 years experience
Technical Requirements:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have experience and be able to provide examples of the following:
HTML / HTML5
CSS
PHP
MySQL
JavaScript
jQuery
Experience with WordPress Theme & Plugin Development
Experience with Google Webmaster Tools/Analytics
Experience with Usability Testing & QA Testing
Experience with Responsive Design
Bonus Skills are as follows:
HubSpot COS Development Experience
JSON, PERL and SASS are a plus
Strong skills in UI/UX strategy
Wordpress, Joomla, and other CMS experience
